I was there for the trip and had a such great stay, so I would stay here again. The hotel was fairly clean with magnificent and great location in the middle of jackson and nicely updated rooms. The staff was courteous & pleasant. Enjoyed my rooms with a bathtub.

The spaciousness of the room and the availability of a mounted TV were definite highlights of my stay. The room also had a roomy tub, perfect for a relaxing soak. I also found the staff to be accommodating when I had forgotten my debit card. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with key amenities and attractions nearby.
There were a few aspects that I didn't quite appreciate during my weekend at the hotel. there was a lingering scent of smoke in the hallways, which was a bit off-putting.

All in all everything was great, had a really great stay for one night. The room with a bathtub. The location was magnificent and marvellous, close to airport, and hayward and easily accessible. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Tbh, had a such wonderful stay for one night. Came in Hayward to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was decent place for doing it. I really enjoyed the spotless rooms with a bathtub. The price was me$ 115.
Definitely, there was elevator missing.
